Senra Radar is a councillor-facing dashboard that aggregates over 9 million data points from eleven public sources at ward level: planning applications, crime, street issues, food hygiene, EPC, sold prices, road accidents, stop & search, roadworks, petitions, and Companies House. Polygon-clipped to your exact ward boundary using ONS geographies. Refreshed every six hours.

What data is included
- Planning applications — every application with status, decision dates, proposal text, and a click-through to the council's own portal. Sourced from the GLA Planning London Datahub plus per-borough vendor scrapers (IDOX, NECSWS, OcellaWeb, Northgate, Agile APAS, Salesforce/Arcus).
- Crime data by ward — Police.uk monthly crime feed, mapped street by street.
- Street issues — FixMyStreet open reports for fly-tipping, potholes, broken lights, rubbish, graffiti, and noise.
- Energy performance certificates — every EPC-rated property in the ward with rating band, cost estimates, and CO2 emissions.
- Food hygiene ratings — Food Standards Agency rating for every food business.
- Property sales — HM Land Registry sold prices, full historical corpus per borough.
- Road accidents — DfT STATS19 collisions with severity and location.
- Stop and search — Metropolitan Police records mapped by location.
- Roadworks — DfT Street Manager planned and live works.
- Petitions — UK Parliament petitions overlapping the ward area.

Can independent candidates use it?
Yes. Unlike party canvassing tools, Senra Radar is available to candidates of any party or none.
How often is the data refreshed?
Every six hours. Planning data refreshes daily from the GLA Planning London Datahub. Crime is monthly (the source publishes monthly). Roadworks are received in real time via DfT Street Manager subscriptions. Land Registry sold prices refresh on the source's monthly cycle.
Where does the data come from?
All data comes from official public sources: GLA Planning London Datahub, council planning portals (IDOX, NECSWS, OcellaWeb, Northgate, Tascomi, Agile APAS, Salesforce/Arcus), Police.uk, FixMyStreet, Food Standards Agency, Department for Transport (STATS19 + Street Manager), HM Land Registry, and the EPC Register. Re-published under OGL v3.0.
